All prices and fees listed are in United States Dollars. All payments must be in United States
Dollars. International orders may only be paid by credit card. Residents of Georgia must pay
sales tax.
To order online you must use your Credit Card or pay via PayPal. We take Visa, Mastercard and
Discover. Please note that using someone else's credit card is illegal. Also, due to U. S.
postal regulations and our local post office, we cannot ship to military APO or FPO addresses.
Please provide a street address.
Pre-orders
We offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order many of our books and products
up to three months in advance. Your credit card will be charged for both the in-stock items and
the pre-ordered items at the time of the initial purchase. In addition, pre-ordering a book does
not mean you will receive it before it arrives in retail stores.
Shipping costs
Orders containing pre-order items will be split into a number of packages
according to how many different pre-order items are in the order. If you order multiple copies
of a given pre-order item, they will be consolidated into one shipment. For example, if your
order contains 5 non pre-order items, 3 copies of one pre-order item, and 1 copy of a different
pre-order item, then the order will be split into 3 shipments (one for the non pre-order items,
and one for each pre-order item). The costs for calculating these shipments are based on the
average weight (so if the above order totalled 10 lbs, it would be charged as if it were 3
shipments of 3.33 lbs each).
If your pre-order items on a Next Day or 2nd Day order, you will be charged full Next Day or 2nd
Day shipping for each additional item. If you do not want your pre-order item to ship Express,
then please order Next Day or 2nd Day orders on an order separate from your pre-orders.
EVE Online is not responsible for international customs taxes or fees.
Shipping & Returns
Free Shipping Option
Customers in the continental U.S. whose non-preorder total is $75 or more receive the option for free shipping on their main order. This free shipping does not apply to any preorder items that the order might contain.
Shipping
Domestic and international orders are shipped by FedEx so that we can provide tracking numbers in
case of a shipping problem. FedEx will not ship to Post Office boxes, or to military APO or FPO addresses,
so please provide a street address. EVE Online will not ship to prison or correctional facility addresses due
to the high number of refusals and returns. Once your order is shipped you will receive an
automated email from Federal Express with your tracking number. If you have made a pre-order
you will receive an automated email when the item ships.
Please note that an order placed after 11 A.M. Eastern Standard Time will not ship until
the next business day--we do not ship or deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Also holiday
periods, in the case of Thanksgiving and Christmas for example, may extend delays for several
days.
If your return email address given at the time of order proves to be invalid and bounces the
acknowledgement message back to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice.
Obviously, if you have given us incorrect contact information, then we cannot give you notice.
Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-ordered item (or items) by using the Contact Us
link. However, there will be a cancellation fee of $2.00 or 20% of the value of the book(s),
whichever is greater. A delay in the release of a product does not waive the cancellation fee.
If EVE Online cancels an item the price will be refunded to you at the full amount.

Content
By uploading, emailing, posting, publishing or otherwise transmitting content to any Forum or submitting any content to EVE Online Store, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such rights has expressly granted) EVE Online Store a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, nonexclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transmit and distribute such content on in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed. You agree that EVE Online Store will have no obligation to keep any Submissions confidential. Additionally, you warrant that all so-called moral rights in the content have been waived. You will not bring a claim against EVE Online Store based on "moral rights" or the likes arising from EVE Online Store's use of a Submission
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant EVE Online Store the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments and other Content that you post on this Site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by EVE Online Store will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false e mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead EVE Online Store or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions or Content. EVE Online Store may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason. EVE Online Store reserves the right to remove posts for any reason. EVE Online Store reserves the right not to remove posts for any reason.
You recognize that any Forum is a public Forum, and EVE Online store is not responsible for its content. The views expressed on any Forum are not necessarily the views of EVE Online Store.
Some forums may not be appropriate for minors and parental discretion is advised.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EVE Online Store or its representatives or agents be liable to you for any direct, indirection, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content, (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our website, (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored herein, (iv) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website, (v) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through our website by any third party, and/or (vi) for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, email transmitted, or otherwise made available via store.eveonline.com. Such limitation shall apply to the fullest extent authorized by the law of the governing jurisdiction.
You specifically acknowledge that EVE Online Store shall not be liable for user submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.
